175-ish ... give or take. Probably squeezed into 'em at 180, but it was a lie.

    6'0", 45 years young.

31" is quite loose now ... and debating trying out a 30". Currently 160, give or take a weigh-in.

Are you guys talking about pant size or actual measurement? I'm curious because I could probably squeeze into a 32 pant size, currently wearing LL Bean 33s, but I know my measured waste size is 36". I'm 173 +/- 2lbs. 53 yo.

my partner wears a 32 and they're 6'1.5 and 175lbs but that's with pretty low bf%. if you've got more body fat, you'll have a larger waist.

I think I hit a 32" waist at around 12 years old. Looking to be at 34 by this Easter.

The last time I had a 32" waist was in grade school and I don't remember what I weighed. I could fit into 34" jeans when I was 190, but I probably shouldn't have dropped to that weight in the first place.

I'm in a 34 now and they fit comfortably. I can tell that I will be able to fit into a 32 eventually.I'm 5 foot 10 and 160 pounds currently.

    Similar here. 5'11, 170ish.

It depends on the "cut" of the pants as well ... some lower-rise-type pants I seem to be able to wear in a smaller size because they sit on my hips differently.

32in waist trousers at around 195lb ish. Probably 200lb would be ok waist wise but my legs are always an issue.

Plus every shop here seems to be on some slim fit kick.
Don't they know about leg day?

I'm 5' 8" and when I was in the low 180s my 32 waists were very tight (several pairs didn't even fit). Now in the low 160s most are pretty loose (I'll probably drop to 30w when I hit my goal of 150lbs).
