I know I'm weighing in a day late but I was at an autism convention all day yesterday and no access to the scale. 0.8 lb loss from last week. Not much but I am FINALLY below 163 so I'm super excited about that and hoping I can keep it that way! Good job to you last 2 ladies still weighing in each week. I know there isn't many of us left but I check every week so I'm proud of you for being so accountable and reliable! I'm involved in a few other challenges if you would like the links to them since this one has seemed to dwindle off.

A half a pound is still a good solid loss and it looks like you've been doing a great job keeping a steady loss going so good job. It gets harder and harder so be proud of each little loss!!!13th week (1st April) = 184.5lbs (not happy!)
You had such a big loss last week that it might be hard to sustain but you didn't gain it all back and if you're able to push yourself this next week you'll get back down to 181 soon because its mostly all water weight with a gain like that. WELCOME BACK, KATELYN!!! Glad you decided to rejoin us! I'm doing great overall, but weekends are still hard for me, and weekends are especially hard when we have company in town, or are out of town, because typically wine, cheese, and all of my other weaknesses are involved. But if I have a slip up I just take it in stride now, rather than giving up like I did in the past. I have a slip up at least once per week (if not more!) and the scale has still steadily been dropping, so I must be on the right track. Progress not perfection, is my new motto!0

Back down to 191.8 - it's been a struggle.
I was thinking of making a "count down calendar" of all the events I have going on this summer - that I DO NOT want to be FAT for! That may motivate me to stick to it!
