i LOVELOVELOVE my new gym!!!
for the last 5 years I was living in places where group exercise was really subpar at all the gyms, so I figured out my own routines, started running a lot and lifting weights. This was all fab, but has had me at a plateau for a long long time.
On Tues. I joined back at a gym with lots of GOOD classes and have gone 3 days in a row. (2 days of classes and 1 day of weights + running). I am finally feeling all the muscles that got into a comfort zone due to working out alone!
Highly recommend group exercise to everyone. it is awesome and you will never work out that hard alone.

i am so on the way to my happy bikini wearing self

ok so it has been ten days since i joined my new gym. I have gone 7 times so far, switching it up in different (pretty high impact classes and weight training) and I do not know if I am crazy, but I seem to already see results? Is this possible? On an added sidenote, I have also cut back A LOT on drinking in the last 2 weeks. Prior to last 2 weeks I was drinking 4,5 night a week (not binge), and in the last 2 weeks I have maybe drank 3 nights in total......

    am I really doing it?????
