Struggles or successes of your week: I'm honestly surprised! I had food poisoning for more than half the week so didn't even reach my calories for 6/7 days- plus went to the gym 5 times. I suppose it's good that my weight's still consistently getting smaller, but for this level of work it's still a little discouraging. It seems very unlikely I'll hit my goal for the month at this rate, but I'll keep plugging away!0 -

This week was a little discouraging as I over ate on the weekend and the weight went up to 283.8. But it appears I am getting back on track with my better eating habits. It's good to see it drop back down to 280.6. But not where I was hoping to be at this point.

Struggles or successes of your week: I overate a lot on saturday with popcorn, tango ice blast and then pizza! But it was worth it to see The Hobbit. I've stuck to my calorie goal since saturday though so I'm a little discouraged at not seeing any loss. It might be my steroid medication, though. I expect to lose in the next couple of days.0 -

Reached my goal of 10lbs down last week, so I'm trying to take off at least 2 more before 1/31. Love this challenge! It really motivates me to do my best!

Count me in. I managed to hit Onderland the middle of December but with the holiday food, snacking and not getting enough water down I have edged back over 200. So I want to get back into Onderland all the way down to at least 190.

Struggles or successes of your week: (1/8) I would like to say that this week was perfect, but it didn't. Although I did my exercises religiously, I eaten a lot of things that I couldn't. Let's do better this week.
Struggles or successes of your week: (1/15) This last week was very hard, because I was sick most of the week and when began to eat again, I ate a lot of things (A LOT). The exercises was well and monday, probably, I'm going back to the gym. Better weeks are coming.
