Struggle - Had a hard time staying under calorie limit this week. Went to the cinema on Tuesday and ate a lot of popcorn and other crappy food.
Success - I've been going to the gym more often and have been doing some form of strenuous exercise as well as my normal commute to work.

Struggles or successes for your week: Finally! I'll take what I can get, but this has been painfully slow. I do take my other measurements and will plug those in after my exercise program is finished. I'm doing more weights and less cardio this time around so the weight loss is very slow but the body changes are there. I missed some days so I'm hoping I have more motivation for the last week and a half. I need a woosh at the end here so I can hit the 150s!

I would like to join. I have severe back issues so I will go slow ,doctor says weight has got to go! TREAT After I lose 15 lbs. Hubby and I will take a weekend out of town! Yes! This is huge for us ,3 children at home and 2 grandbabies at our home as well.

Struggles or successes of your week: I was more consistent on the exercise this week, and I've added a bit more weight training; just 3 & 5 lb dumbells with an upper body workout DVD and a lower-body workout on the same DVD that uses leg lifts, planks, etc.
I did eat some salty foods this week, and I can feel the water retention. I need to remember to drink more water on the weekends.0 -

Struggles or successes of the week:
Successes: I started boxing classes that I love and is an awesome workout. I've been eating really well and exercising despite the fact that I am stressed due to an exam coming up (more busy than stressed). I just got a juicer too so I have been making one juice a day for supplemental purposes (and they are pretty good). I also learned how to make an easy cleanup salmon dish that turned out great.
Struggles: I had one day, I think it was Tuesday, that was a little rough and I was hungry earlier in the day than normal and I had most of my calories before 1:00. Fortunately I just ate what I brought to campus and so my calorie intake was just shifted earlier and I ate what I had planned to eat. The next three days may be a struggle only because I don't know if I will be able to get a workout in, but I'll still be able to keep the nutrition on track.

Struggles: I just recently started weightlifting and counting my macros, and making sure your daily diet fits into your macros perfectly can be tough! I struggled a bit with it, but I’m getting the hang of it!
Successes: So many! I was really good with making sure I followed my weightlifting/cardio schedule and also went out to eat two times and stuck to my plan. I even had Chick-fil-A for breakfast one day. I’m super happy with my results so far and I’m excited about moving into maintenance hopefully sooner than later!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Started a NS protien shake meal plan for 1 week modified with an added green salad for lunch and am seeing continued weight loss success. Added Cardio workout this week too. I have avoided an early plateu and contine to loose weight by uping the exercise anty when I feel a plateu setting in. Feeling energized and enthusiasitic about success.

Struggles or successes of your week: I'm at college right now, so I have been doing a good job with staying away from all the fried food. I can't actually count my calories because I'm living in the dorms, so I've been doing portion control. It looks like I'm doing pretty good. Ive also been waking up every morning before classes to workout which is great. I just have to keep the cycle going.
