Hello again, everyone! This discussion is a continuation of my December 2014 Challenge! I wanted to take the challenge into the new year, seeing as how many of us (namely myself) may have fallen off the wagon and need to get back on for a fresh start. So here we go! Struggles: On Friday I fell over while on my morning run and bashed my face off the curb. Trying to convince myself on Monday to going back to running on Monday was hard. The weather has also been super horrible in Dublin for the past 2 weeks so it's a real struggle to force myself to get out and run.
Successes: Even though it was really difficult to motivate myself to do so I've done some form of exercises every day this week so far. I've also started to eat better and say no to food/alcohol I don't really want anyway!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Started eating vegan as of 1/1 and it is still going very well! My only flaw now is I have found the vegan-friendly ice cream and sweets. I am tracking my calories and overall I am eating well. Just need to watch the junk. And the soy lattes. Trying to focus on drinking green tea instead of high calorie drinks. Training for a half marathon in March so I have been running or doing the elliptical almost everyday. Proud that my long run this past weekend was 8 miles! Gotta keep the motivation going!!

Killed the weight I gained over the holidays, but winter boredom is setting in and wanting to snack more.
I also noticed that we had metric and imperial measurements on here so I now have both for easier understanding by everyone.
