    Struggles or successes of your week: Successfully attended the gym all four of my off nights this week. Also ate at a deficit according to MFP caloric goals, but need to eat more protein in my diet.

    Struggles or successes of your week: It's been hard but I've avoided fast food this week. I did go out to eat twice but checked calories before going and stayed under most days. I think I was carrying some serious water weight from over eating so I'm thinking the next few weeks will be sad ones lol but I'm glad I got a great start.

    I have actually been eating at maintenance for a week so not surprised by this gain. Next week I go back to eating at deficit, plus I'll be doing the Daniel Fast with my church so I'm sure I'll be losing.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I started a new job this week and I have been sitting on my butt for 8 hours/day during orientation and have not been planning my meals very well either. I have been tracking everything but I might need to bring my calories down a bit. I also might be gaining a bit of muscle mass since it had been a number of months since I've done any working out. Anyway, next week is a new week! :smiley:

    It was my first week back so of course the number is bigger than usual. I still count it as a success. Not one day was I over my calorie limit and on many days I was under by over 100 calories. I didn't have a single snack 5 of 7 days.

    Do you many calories you waste on snacks? A crapload!

    However my weakness was definitely a lack of exercise. I got in 11 miles in 3 days, but then I stopped exercising due to time, my neighborhood, and how dark it's gotten each night.

    I already have plans this weekend to walk a minimum of 5 miles combined, hopefully closer to 7 or 8. And I ordered a swimsuit so hopefully when it get's here I can start swimming laps.

    Struggles or successes of your week: School started back up this week and I have stayed on track nutrition wise and have even made it to the gym several times! I am trying really hard to stick to my lifting goals. I also made it a whole week without coffee!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I actually thought I was doing good. Logged faithfully, started daily exercise and getting at least 4-6 cups of water. The daily exercise & water are new so maybe it backfired. But it's the right thing to do to be healthy so I will remain optimistic that next weeks will be better.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Ribs still sore from accident. Exercise limited to walking. The gain was a surprise. Thought Iwas tracking better than that. Wish it was as easy to jump backon the wagon as it was to fall off.

    I'm late too but same here... been logging steadily since 1/02/2015. Fell off the wagon after losing over 70 lbs last year and gained back 25 lbs by stressing myself out :(

    Struggle: meeting my protein daily intake was hard.
    Success: I lost water weight. Been making sure I drink more water. Temptation for pop and sweets at work is easier to resist which makes me very happy!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggles have trying to find the motivation to work out. It's been so cold here, it's been draining any motivation I have to do things. I got 2 good workouts in this week and 2 not really giving it my all workouts in.

    Successes of the week have been that I actually remembered to log my food most days. This has always been a struggle of mine, so I am looking at it as a success that I logged more than normal!

    STRUGGLE: I'm disappointed that I didn't lose more this week. I know it takes time and that I need to be patient, and I am, but I do feel a bit disappointed. Usually the first week is the biggest loss.

    SUCCESSES: I was within my calorie goal for the week, and I finished all of my cardio and strength training workouts!
