My successes are that I know it takes 30-60 to change s bad habit. So I'm in process. I'm learning how and what to replace my bad habits with. The fact I'm open finally is a success in its self.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: PMS is looming, so I imagine the small loss is due to some bloating and hopefully I'll have a number that reflects my hard work next week!
Note about dates: I don't get to weigh myself first thing in the morning on weekdays because our scale is located in the master bathroom which has a very loud fan and my better half is still asleep when I leave for work, so I'll have to stick to weekend weigh-ins for accurate numbers!0 -

Struggle: Went out with friends and unfortunately I did give myself a bit of free reign.
Success: At the cinema only had a small popcorn, for me this is huge as I'm a big popcorn fan.

Struggles/Successes for your week: Kind of disappointed in my small loss. I had assumed that a large percentage of my holiday gain would be water weight/TOM bloating, but I guess I was wrong I've been pretty diligent about caloric intake with the exception of Friday/Saturday where I stopped logging and was winging it, food-wise.
That being said, a loss is a loss, and I'll take it. Next week I'll be sure to focus more on working out every evening and not binging during the weekend.

Not a good week for working out. It was not my regular routine. I worked out Monday, and Friday evening. To make up for not working out enough, I did a super work out yesterday. 15 mins elliptical, 20 weight training circuit, 55 mins spin class!
But overall very happy with the 2 pounds lost.
5 More pounds to go for January!! At my pace I might hit 150 pounds by the end of the month!!0 -

Nice to see people are logging in. I lose 2 lbs since the first, but none this week. I need to fine tune the calorie type as well as amt. 1600 is too many even with 5 days at the gym. Still encouraged now I know what didn't work. If you are in this same boat Try Try again!0 -
