    Now that I'm back from my trip to visit my grandparents and I go back to work on Monday (woohoo for teachers having lots of time off!), I'm pumped to get back to the gym.
    I'm signed up for Spin tomorrow to get back into my cardio routine.

    Wednesday: C25k Week 3
    Thursday: Spin
    Friday: C5k Week 3 & rowing

    I have been at this since December 1, 2013 and have lost 171 pounds as of 12/31/2014.

    I’m expecting a much slower weight-loss pace, as I near my final goal, while increasing strengthen exercises for toning etc.

    Struggles or successes of your week: So far, dealing with beating this cold I've had for the past week that just keeps getting worse. I'm laying pretty low for the weekend to rest and hopefully kick it, then Monday back to work and back to my routine.

    I'm in! In May 2012, I weighed in at 165lbs, at my highest (normally I hovered around the 140lbs mark, without exercise or really watching what I ate). At that point, I joined MFP, changed my eating habits and added running to my day to day (walking to/from work if I didn't get the run in).

    By Auguest 2012 I had lost 20lbs. By October 2012, I dropped another 15lbs to 130 lbs! It had been awhile since I had seen that number on my scale. Not since my early twenties (I'm 34 now).

    After a year of maintaining 130lbs, I started to see the numbers slowly creep up again, starting in November 2013, when I found out I was pregnant. Sadly, I lost the baby in December, which was devastating. And watched the scale creep up a little more.

    Since then, after a number of a major life changes, my day to day routine changed and my life became extremely sedentary with plenty bad habits. I'm now at 147lbs and in fear of letting my weight hit the 150lbs mark again.

    So I'm using as 2015 as my kickoff to reintroduce running, balanced meals, and new habits (as well as eliminate old habits) with an ultimate goal of not just getting back down to 130 lbs, but to adopt a well rounded healthy lifestyle, improving my health and overall physique. I'm looking for a drop in inches and improvement of toning and tightening.

But I'm determined to lose enough to be able to fit into all the nice clothes that are hanging in my closet that I haven't been able to wear for a few years.
