    Struggles or successes of your week: This week I was sick so I only worked out half as many times as I had planned. It was also TOM. I also had a few meal planning fails where things fell through (forgetting to thaw, not reading the recipe correctly etc.) and I had to resort to quick sodium-filled foods although I stayed within my calorie allowance. In spite of this I still lost so I am grateful for that!

    Struggles or successes for your week: It's a little frustrating not to make progress, but I did start a new exercise program and I was a little sore, so I suppose I could be retaining water for sore muscles. Also took measurements at the start of this program because the last program I did was all inches and not much weight lost. I think if I can behave during the weekend I get my "whoosh"!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I am doing better with my food intake since I am tracking regularly. I also was able to start exercising again this week so I think that is helping as well.
