    1/1 - 1/7: My sodium intake has been WAY higher than it needs to be. I have been attempting to drink at least 90 ozs of water a day, but if I can't keep my sodium in check, it is not going to make a difference. Here is to a better week! One of my newest MFP friends wrote a quote for me that I really like! "A setback is a set up for a comeback".
    1/8 - 1/14 I did a much better job of watching my sodium intake this week. I also have been doing better drinking my water. Yay me!! I want to continue doing these things during the upcoming week. Here is hoping for a nice loss at next week's weigh in!

    I tried something new w/ my food this week. Decided to try to eat a little more.. Seems I am almost getting to my calorie goal. But normall under by 100 or so.. And then the scale was up... I need to just throw the scale out the window.. :)

    Struggles or successes of your week: Was out of town for work for two days this week. Lunches were brought in, but I did choose wisely from what was available. I walked to the meeting sites when possible to make up for being stuck in conference rooms for 8 hours during the day.

    Struggles or successes of your week: (1/8) I would like to say that this week was perfect, but it didn't. Although I did my exercises religiously, I eaten a lot of things that I couldn't. Let's do better this week. ;)

    Struggles or successes of your week: (1/15) This last week was very hard, because I was sick most of the week and when began to eat again, I ate a lot of things (A LOT). The exercises was well and monday, probably, I'm going back to the gym. Better weeks are coming. :smile:

    Struggles or successes of your week: The weekend was the toughest! I ate a LOT! But managed to keep soda consumption down to half a can both Saturday and Sunday. I have not had any soda since Sunday which is a big accomplishment for me as a "self-diagnosed soda addict." Since it was my brother's bday yesterday, I had a large dinner, although I tried keeping it healthy (minus dessert :disagree: ). I am so excited to have joined this thread!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Did not get in the exercises/steps I wanted to. I've been packing up to move which has helped me get some exercise, but not as much as I need to do. After the move this weekend I should be able to get my routine going!

    Struggles/Successes for your week: Very happy with this week's loss! Last night was my cheat night, and the stomach issue that came along with it might mean that I've lost a bit more than the scale reflects. I've been focusing on eating protein and it's had a big impact on my hunger levels during the day.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I need to find a better protein shake. The Designer Whey stuff that I got last week is TERRIBLE!

    Struggles or successes of your week:

    Decided to incorporate more rest days. After taking two days off in a row was over kill for me. When I went back to they gym yesterday I was sluggish, and muscles a little bit tight. So I will continue to take two days off a week, just not consecutively.

    Struggles:
    * At work the cookies, chips, donuts brought into work.
    * At home staying away from all the chocolate on hand, and to stop thinking of food when bored or not really hungry.

    Success:
    * I was able to continue my pace this week, lost another 2 pounds!!

    For this upcoming week my goal is to eat more veggies, eat healthier snacks!

    TDEE, BMR all adjusted to my new weight!

    Last week, i mainly stuck to 10-15 minutes on my elliptical and about 15 minutes strength training or doing mini workouts.
    Today was my first day at the gym and it went great, going to try to go multiple times a week for about 1 hour.

    Struggles or successes of my week:1/8 - I've been eating relatively well hey. Had a piece of chocolate here and there, I mean how else can one stay sane? But overall, it's been a good weak. Did crave some red velvet cake the other day but I asked myself if I needed it (to stay sane) and the answer was no so I just kicked that craving to the curb. No real struggles unless you count my health issues... But that's always there

    PS. Won't be home next week so I won't be able to weigh myself. Let's hope that does throw me off!!!

    Struggles or successes of my week:1/22 - Not much of an appetite lately. Haven't been very active either. I actually weighed myself on Tuesday when I got back home and I was 58.6kgs, so close to my goal but now I've gained 0.2kgs. I'm going to chalk that up to water weight. If I can get to 58.5kgs before 1/31, I'll be stoked. I highly doubt I'll be at that number at the end of the month because it will be that TOM (water retention, bloating, you name it)

    Struggle - Bit disappointed with just a lb off this week - have sweated bullets and kept within calorie goal....but, hey, the body is a weird and mysterious thing and the fat will come off at it's own pace I guess as long as I keep up the good work.
    Success - Have been tempted by red wine and pizza cravings but haven't given in. Stayed strong despite a stressful week and haven't done any comfort eating/drinking. Am very close to my goal for January....just 1.5lbs to go.....eek!!!!
