    I tried doing this awhile ago but its so hard to see anyones progress. Awhile ago someone had created a spreadsheet to track weight loss each week. It's started back up again...here's how to track.

    1. Go to this Google Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RI0XF7y-3RJ7i_C4ykECooLi8HiPq2JV3WeQkAVf1Fg/edit#gid=732349776
    2. Enter in your MFP username (Column A)
    3. Every Friday (starting January 9) record your weight under the corresponding date.
    4. The spreadsheet will let you know how much weight you have lost both in pounds and in %.

I've had the flu and that's put a little hitch in things, but I'm under my counts and dropping so I'm pretty happy. This seems like a great motivator and I'm excited.     Count me in! I'm looking for some extra support and motivation this time around. I have been using MFP on and off for the past three years. I do great for awhile but then fall off and gain my weight back.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I started my pilates and running and it's been great. My husband's grandmother passed away and my son just switched to a toddler bed without much success. I've had to skip workouts and started stress eating.

    Struggles or successes of my week:1/8 - I've been eating relatively well hey. Had a piece of chocolate here and there, I mean how else can one stay sane? But overall, it's been a good weak. Did crave some red velvet cake the other day but I asked myself if I needed it (to stay sane) and the answer was no so I just kicked that craving to the curb. No real struggles unless you count my health issues... But that's always there

    PS. Won't be home next week so I won't be able to weigh myself. Let's hope that does throw me off!!!
