If you have a freezer and a microwave ..
Make up a lot of beanie chilli and then freeze it.
Lunchtime eat a portion with some brown rice
They are high in protein, good for staving off the hunger pangs around 3pm and as long as you dont fry them, low in fat
I lived in Asia and the Middle East for a long time and beans are a breakfast dish .. unless you are that way inclined to have it for breakfast (I do after a 20 mile bike ride at 5am) then having it for lunch works too.
I am in the same boat .. mornings are the only time I can exercise and keeping the weight off from a sit down job is hard unless I exercise every day
Prepare the food, freeze it, then microwave it .. Works for me .. I have lost 25lbs doing it0
