Have just started 30DS yesterday - would love to join a group to keep me going when it gets tough!! how do you log the workout on my fitness pal? I did it as circuit training for 20 mins but only shows about 130 cals burned - surely i've burned more - i surely hurt more!! Sx0

I just started living healthier like two weeks ago and added JM's Beginner Shred to my "new life". I am on Level 2 and have been enjoying the dvds...tho Level 2 is kicking my butt but I am determined to finish the 30 days and follow it by JM's Inferno! Feel free to add me0
