Add me! I am set at 1450 but allow myself to go up to 1580 when I exercise. I eat throughout the day at planned times that are the most convenient. My diary is open for you to look at if you want.0

I'm probably not a woman, but if you're having hunger issues, go for more fiber or protein if you are slacking on those. Some super low-fat meats, like a tuna salad with light mayo or 99% fat free ground turkey with celery and peas over 1/2 cup of cooked lentils will murder hunger.
