My goals are to get rid of that belly fat and get to 77kg (ish) and I'm getting there with about 5kg to go. The weight target is my personal goal as I had a proper health assessment last year and they actually said my weight is ok but they said I needed to lose a few cm off my stomach so I guess that's my big goal as the professionals have given me that one.
My exercise goals are to have at least two proper fitness sessions a week while ensuring I do lots of extras on the other days like walking the long way to places to increase my step count.0 -

I set up goals to lose enough to be my lightest in 3 months, then 6 months, then 1 year and then have my final weight goal. But since then I am looking to set goals for lifting. It is empowering to get stronger. Total I have about 28lbs left to lose or so I think. It will all depend on how much muscle I gain and what that looks like. If I don't lose anymore weight but am toned and muscular, then awesome.0
