sweet potato + peanut butter. If you haven't tried this combination before, you are missing out.
Also I love the maple cream-top yogurt by brown cow. That stuff is truly addicting.0 -
Love the peanut butter idea. Maybe I'll make peanut butter sandwiches :-)0

Weight Watchers mozzarella sticks- fifty calories for a stick, fun to pull apart, and yummy!
FiberOne oats and chocolate granola bars- 140 calories and taste like a treat to me.
Nectarines- about 60 calories for your average sized nectarine.
Mandarines (like Cuties)- 80 calories for two.0 -

I buy these frozen Belgian waffles, you just pop them in the toaster then top it with ice cream, peanut butter and fruit, whatever you want... it is sooooooo good0

I like a bowl of ice cream, preferably something in the caramel department, topped with bacon. I also like to mix some peanut butter into chobani yogurt, usually blackberry or raspberry flavored.0

Mangoes with lime and chili powder.0

A tortilla with some Lotus Cookie Spread or any cookie spread brand & nuke in the microwave for a few seconds.
Talenti gelato
Ben & Jerry's Cinnamon Buns ice cream (when I buy this I eat the whole pint at once haha)

I discovered these light snacks (well, ok, of course I didn't actually "discover" them... someone else did, haha!) that are called broghies. They're like a light crisp bread. They have 20 calories and pretty much nothing else. They take dips and spreads really, really well. You can use them with anything (probably even nutella and/or peanut butter!) I LOVE my whipped Philadelphia creamed cheese onion dip (70 calories for 2 tbsps, but 220 mgs sodium.... it's REALLY a treat!) so having it with a broghie only adds 20 calories. I love with our homemade guacamole with low fat sour cream. Next to no calories and very, very filling!0

This is the gaining weight section so OP isn't concerned about low cal snacks.0 -

get that biscoff cookie spread. Oh. my. gosh. That stuff goes with everything, tastes great, and is extremely calorie dense.
I am also now on a mission to find this: http://shop.stevesicecream.com/products/sunday-morning

the real question is, if it goes on everything- how messy is it to clean up?0 -
Put me down for almonds & pretzels, pretzels with honey mustard - that's a snack up there with coke on ice and Ruffles and french onion dip.0

I'd say as far as easiness of clean-up goes it a 7.5/10 Depends on how willing you are to clean up, though. Whenever I see some on the floor or stuck to the couch I just grab a piece of bread and scoop it onto that, which makes clean-up a breeze.0 -

is it exceptionally sticky? I mean will a good lick get it off- or are you going to have to go to down with a tongue scrubbing ?
and is it runny?
I have a no honey in my bed policy for that reason- clean up is to much work!0
