April was a poor month for me as my 92 year old dad died on the 11th and my control and lack of exercise has really nocked me off the track. Going to try and get back into a routine (now the Easter Eggs are all finished! Ha-Ha :laugh: ) so thought I would join in on the May challenge in the hope it motivates me to move towards my overall goal of 175 lbs by 1st July.

Good week, but weekend has been a struggle to resist - friends over for a curry! Still a loss though which I am chuffed about. Now to be really good next week!

I am surprised i lost anything.For the first 5 days i didn't lose anything, then on friday saturday and today i have overate, having an indian,popcorn, chinese etc. I really was dreading going on the scales today, but instead of increasing in weight i finally lost some0 -
Well.... This month's goal is moving further & further away....!!!!
I put on 1.2lbs this week.... infact I was even heavier in the middle of the week... !
Not sure what's going on, as I didn't go over my net this week....
I'm hoping next week is better........

Down one pound, was hoping for two, but considering is was my Birthday and Mother's Day (we celebrated yesterday) this week, I'm just glad the scale didn't head the other way......
