A year ago today I was really excited about being in the 190s finally after 22 years of being over 200 lb. Now I am in the 160s.

    You're amazing.

I was celebrating my 5 pound weight loss from 215 to 210. Going to the chiropractor once a week for back issues.

Now, I'm 172 pounds and I haven't had the need to go to the chiropractor's office in 8 months.

Trying to get up the guts to leave my b/friend. Done it and discovered the gym and actually feeling better about myself.

Starting a New job, heaviest I've been in my life, with knees hurting to go up the single flight of stairs and being out of breath as I was introduced to the company owner! Great First impression.

After 6 months, I started my transformation. I'm down 30 lbs, going to the gym, and now I know what I'm doing at work? Well maybe still working on the work part.

One year ago today I was 48 pounds heavier and hated the way I felt. Now I feel really good and run 50 minutes on the treadmill everyday before work.

Pretty much exactly where I am now in every facet of my life. Only this time it is making me majorly depressed. Spinning my wheels sucks.

I tried juicing, although it may be for other people, it was a nightmare for me. I lost 15 lbs in 5 days.... but i would have rather eaten healthier instead of depriving myself of food. I would have stayed with it longer and would have been more successful :) PS. I gained the 17 lbs back. Kudos to those who enjoy and are successful with juicing :)

Right now I've been consistent with MFP for about 26 days and I've lost 11 lbs plus the 3 lbs before i joined. And i'm happy with this lifestyle.

I was closer to 400 pounds than I was 300 and I wore 5x shirts and had to buy all my clothes online.
Now I'm closer to Onederland than I am 300 and I just bought a shirt that's a large!
