Count me in. I managed to hit Onderland the middle of December but with the holiday food, snacking and not getting enough water down I have edged back over 200. So I want to get back into Onderland all the way down to at least 190.

Struggles or successes of your week: Not too good of a week for me this week. I ate Chinese food yesterday and didn't get as much water drank as I usually do. Also my other eating hasn't been the best. So hopefully after today with eating better and drinking my water I will flush out some of the sodium from yesterday and get back on track.

Struggles or successes of your week: A few struggles this week, I was feeling a little under the weather on Monday & Tuesday and PMSing on top of it, which sucks @$$! When I'm PMSing I am super hungry and get an attitude where I could git a S#!t about dieting. It's quite counterproductive to weight loss. However, I still managed 1.7 pounds this week, so I must be doing something right. I'm still hoping for 197 by Saturday!0 -

^ I agree!!! And everyone has helped to keep me on track....so thanks all! Shall we do a February challenge too? Who's up for it? Same thing with weigh ins on 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd of Feb then 1st March? We can all set another goal and keep each other going. I've found being accountable to this group with weekly weigh ins so helpful. What do you think? Should I set it up...or would anyone else like to set it up? I'm happy either way.

Struggles or successes of your week: Consistent loss, I'll take it! I've been working out harder, including strength training, and consistently meeting calorie and macro goals. Not a massive weight drop this month (hey I still have two days), but steady and still eating all my favorite things in smaller sizes, so after two months I'm still not feeling deprived or like slipping back. Usually pick a day for a higher calorie budget but one turned into 2 Only went over my weekly calorie limit by 800 though. But 3 pounds lost is still weight lost so I'm happy for that and still keeping at it.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I'm stable at 128, but have been having side effects on a medication including high blood pressure and racing heart rate. Discontinued medication.
Notes: Size 4 clothing is loose. There are visible muscles in my back. Evidently the number on the scale is misleading.

Lost 2.2 this week. if you look at how much ive lost this month you could actually say its been a healthy loss. 2 pounds pretty much per week. I feel pretty confident about that. If I can Do this again in February then ill be able to get to pretty much my first goal weight. Im planning on losing 40 pounds by June 1st and so far it looks obtainable.
