No, probably not. But that just means you get to eat more things. I wouldn't worry too much about "if" its going to work. Instead, just start! You can make adjustments as you go along.

Breakfast short on protein.
Lunch, what is the protein source for the shake, and how much protein? For 17 calories, double up your pepper.
How much chewing do you get in before dinner?
Come up with several more meal plans. Consider soups, stews, and casseroles. Grilling for your veggies.0 -

No, it's not. Add some peanut butter with your apple perhaps...around 125 calories for 20g. I'd also change that breakfast for something more filling, like eggs.0 -
I dont understand the number of people on here who seem to eat almost nothing for breakfast! I'd go mental. I almost always have 400 calories plus or I may as well not have got up0
