    Struggles/successes this week: Really need to get under 140 by March. I gave up alcohol on Jan 1st to help with my weight loss goals -- if I make it to 139.9 by March 1st I'll allow myself to celebrate all the hard work with a couple glasses of wine. Eyes on the prize! I lost exactly 3 lbs in January, really hoping I can push it a little harder and reach this month's goal! My ultimate goal is 126 -- getting there bit by bit :smile:

    Struggles/successes this week: I'm a stress eater. Dec was my daughters wedding...stress. Jan was all about writing my intent to retire letter and finally handing it to my boss on Jan 30 which would give me two months to train my replacement. I have to get a handle on my food. I just have to quit buying the food that I binge on.

    This is exactly what I need! I just got back onto MFP and am looking forward to putting in the hard work to get what I want. I always used to hover around 144/145lbs, so just in the last year I lost about 10lbs! It's so crazy for me to realize that. I've never been able to stay under 134lbs in the past, so I'm eager to keep moving forward.
