I gave up alcohol on Jan 1st to help with my weight loss goals -- if I make it to 139.9 by March 1st I'll allow myself to celebrate all the hard work with a couple glasses of wine. Eyes on the prize! I lost exactly 3 lbs in January, really hoping I can push it a little harder and reach this month's goal! My ultimate goal is 126 -- getting there bit by bit

This is exactly what I need! I just got back onto MFP and am looking forward to putting in the hard work to get what I want. I always used to hover around 144/145lbs, so just in the last year I lost about 10lbs! It's so crazy for me to realize that. I've never been able to stay under 134lbs in the past, so I'm eager to keep moving forward.
