Fit is not a look or something you can see.

I can outdo just about anybody at my gym, but I don't really look super fit.

You can tell if someone's fit by watching them exercise. If I see a chick deadlifting twice her bodyweight or banging out a set of 10 pull-ups and making it look easy, I can tell. I agree you don't have to look fit to be fit but you do have to be fit to perfom

Seeing people do amazing things at the gym inspires me, like tricep dips with no feet on the floor and pull ups - especially when women are doing those things. That's metal. Otherwise, people at the gym terrify me. ;P I would rather be working out at home, but seeing and feeling my muscles develop keeps me going.

I workout at home, not at a gym, but seeing photos or workout videos of hot chickas in workout gear gets me pumped up to workout.

Yes, most definitely. When I start to feel a twinge of envy, I just remind myself that they have probably worked hard to get there and I can do the same if I keep pushing myself.

At my competition on saturday a dude pulled 300kg for his first deadlift pull.

    That was definitely inspiring.
