    Wow! That's a huge difference! I'm currently sitting on 200lb and trying to reach 145-150lbs. Sometimes it feels I have such a long way ahead of me! But seeing accomplishments like yours gives me some encouragement that I also can get there :smile:

    We're the same age and I started out with a goal of 60! 29 left to go. This is huge inspiration, you look amazing.

    Aww thank you! Yes it seems far away but make short term goals! You will get there! I never thought I would and now that I did it seems like time flew by...things will get easier and you will enjoy eating better and exercising once it becomes a habit..good luck and I'm here for any questions!

    So awesome, you look great! I am right now 178 lbs at 5'4", one point into the obese category which is not fun. I don't really have a goal weight but the ballpark of 150 is what I'm aiming for, a healthy BMI. Thanks for the inspiration! :)
