Wow! That's a huge difference! I'm currently sitting on 200lb and trying to reach 145-150lbs. Sometimes it feels I have such a long way ahead of me! But seeing accomplishments like yours gives me some encouragement that I also can get there0

Aww thank you! Yes it seems far away but make short term goals! You will get there! I never thought I would and now that I did it seems like time flew by...things will get easier and you will enjoy eating better and exercising once it becomes a habit..good luck and I'm here for any questions!0 -

So awesome, you look great! I am right now 178 lbs at 5'4", one point into the obese category which is not fun. I don't really have a goal weight but the ballpark of 150 is what I'm aiming for, a healthy BMI. Thanks for the inspiration!0
