    Everyone needs motivation its key for someone to give u that extra push cause trust me i lost 100 pounds by myself literally and was very tough but put my mind to it and was happy everyday with my results and proud of my accomplishments and now am a trainer helping others who didnt believe they could do such a challenge

    Not sure how to add on here, started my new regime 3 weeks now. Starting to fall into place however need to stay on track. Currently going to gym 6 days a week with the 5.2 diet.
    Hopefully to lose a stone for summer so I won't be fat and forty
