Sure. I'm male, 45, and got the running bug. Using MFP 5 days a week generally and eating 1700-1800 average on those days.....trying to lose the last 3-4kg to hit my final target of 72kg, ideally in time for the London Marathon or latest the end of this year. Started at 100kg in 2012, but this latest MFP period started in Sept '14 at around 82kg.
As I've got closer to target weight I've found macros more important and am currently using 35 carb, 40 fat, 25 protein and a limit of 60g sugar. Seems to be working quite well.0 -

Mine is open. I've lost 50+ lbs. over the past year. Now I'm working on the last 10-15. Right now I aim for 1700 calories four days a week and 2100 the other days. But if I'm over on a low day I "borrow" from another day. I focus on my protein and calories and that's it.0

Mine is also open. My goal is 1800 per day, and I am managing insulin resistance so eating moderately low carb, high fat, moderately high protein diet.0

Mine is open. I track my exercise but don't usually eat back calories cause my goal is set to only half lb a week and I would use TDEE instead if my exercise was more consistent.0

My diary is public, you don't have to add me to browse it. There's over a years worth of food in there, however I weigh a lot more than you, so my calorie goals are probably a lot higher than yours are.0
