Kickin' some LNS butt! Thanks for the challenge! And great job to everyone with 3+.
'You can do this' to everyone struggling more. Don't stop at setting the goal, make a strategy for how you'll beat the impulse when it arises. You CAN do this!!!0 -

You set what you feel is late night snacking. For example, if you have extra calories left for the day, you can have a snack if it's small. Others decide not to eat at a past a certain time. It's up to you.
We go by the formula:
Me: "number indicating how many evenings you stuck to it"
LNS: "number of times late night snacks won"
Example: Me: 2 - LNS: 0 indicates I won the first two nights.
Some people also add a * to the latest number. In the example, that would be
Me: 2 - LNS: 1*
if LNS won the 3rd night.
It's as simple as that. Or as complicated, as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile .
Welcome!
Hi my solution is to go to bed early0 -

The one night I snacked before bed wasn't junk food, it was a sandwich, so it's still better than binging on crap!0 -
I'm joining in, late night munchies kill me!! It's like I have to snack after 8pm. Not doing so great so far this month. So far this month - Me:4. LNS:2.

lns is my weakness. Soooo comfortable lying in the bed, watching my favorite program after a long day of work. Have to remind myself. ..THAT IS HOW I GOT TO THE WEIGHT I AM...nothing comfortable about that!0 -
Me: 5 - LNS: 1*
I don't feel bad about it though. It wasn't full-on LNS, just went to some friends' party, but it was still eating after 8pm, which was my definition of LNS for the challenge. Didn't even do too badly with my choices at the party, so it's all good!0 -
Thanks for starting the challenge again this month! I was away this past week and was not keeping track. I will assume that LNS got the better of me, but still have time to beat them this month so the challenge is on.
