Taliasometimes - you look amazing!!! Well done! 77 lbs down and no loose skin? That gives me hope for when I get to goal (I need to lose between 40 and 50 lbs).1

Thanks for all of the inspiration! Two months ago, I gave birth to my fourth little girl. I'm done having babies and am looking to focus on ME now! Can't wait to get these extra 40lbs off.0

I'm 5ft 3.5in. The picture on the left was taken in 2011 I was in the 180s. I tried sucking it in but fail miserably. I started losing weight since June 2014. My starting weight was 186lbs. The picture on the right was taken few weeks ago I was 146lbs. I'm still on my journey to the weight I want to be:)

5'4" here. Started at 135-ish when my last baby was around 10 months (2004). Got down to 100-102 at one point, but got smart and started lifting weights and eating right. I now sit around 113 and have way more muscle than I used to. I've kept in maintenance or purposely gaining weight/muscle for 10+ years now. I aim for FIT not skinny.
135 here - no exercise, and terrible diet
105 pounds here, lifting very little weights, 3-5lbs, decent diet but very low calories...note the excess amount of dimpling/cellulite on my legs! Ugh!
Finally started to lift weights, did about 6 months of Crossfit and heavy lifting by this point, and 112 pounds, lots more muscle
Last year, when I really started noticing the best changes, my cellulite is practically all but gone, heavy lifting (bad pic but you can see the change in my legs)
Recently, I was in the middle of a bulk here, but I'm still same weight - approximately 113 now - and much more muscle (and yes, I do still drink beer!)
You are fabulous! This is how I want my body to look! SO motivating6 -

Hi, everyone! I'm 5'5 and currently weigh 137. The before pictures were taken in June 2013 and the after pictures were taken today at home. I saw this post and was inspired to make my own before and after image. Currently, I'm working on kettlebells to increase my strength. Cheers!

There are many amazing stories on this thread that have inspired me and given me the confidence to start my own journey - so many brave people willing to share their experiences! Have been terrified of committing to such a big change, but having just turned 28 and with all of these terrific role models to follow, I really feel motivated. Thank you everyone who took the time to post here!1

94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014
I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!
Wow, what a transformation! You look fantastic!!1
