Love your hair in your after pic!!0 -
Here's my collage - I am not sure that the before pic was actually in 2007 but that's definitely how I looked then weight wise. I actually had to lose weight twice. I started at 237 in May '07 and was down to 178 in September '07. Then I was back up to 212 this time last year, but exercising and good eating have gotten me back to 185.

Everyone looks fantastic! You hear so much about how the majority of overweight people never lose the weight. So many are proving other wise!0

Great Work! This is definitely inspiring!0

Down 35 lbs, 6 inches in my waist (before - 211 Now 176 - GW ~145)
Are you doing the keto diet? I just started the keto diet this week and I am down 2.5 lbs. I work out 6 days a week and I really don't need to lose weight being at 125 but I just want to firm up and burn off the excess layer that is the hardest.0 -
Everyone looks so good - so proud of everyone and this is a great thread. We all need some help and motivation sometimes, it's so good to know that no matter what age of what size, if you want it to come off, it will - onwards and downwards everyone (me included!) ps it's Saturday night and no booze - big result for me. X0

Wow!!! AWESOME everyone!!! I hope I have the strength to push forward like the rest of you.0

First was from around early 2013 I think. I honestly I am not entirely sure exactly what I weighed at the time. when i first signed up for MFP in 2012 i weighed in at 304. I got serious about my fitness on Feb 2014 and it's almost been a year for me, I have lost about 89 lbs so far. I'm 5'7".shaynepoole wrote: »2networking wrote: »Thank you, for the compliments and encouragement...it means so much!!!

January 2014-December 2014 I have lost 46 lbs since I started MFP. I have a long way to go but happy with the changes I have seen this far. At my highest weight I was 305 lbs, currently at 247.
I posted on here back in December of my work in progress....still going strong. I'm up to 66lbs lost! I still find myself complete shocked by what I am doing and so proud of myself changing for the better. I can definitely see progress from where I started, where I was in December to now.

You're doing an incredible job! It's amazing how much of a difference there is even between your two most recent pics! Keep up the awesome work!0 -
