Thanks you guys for the support! I really appreciate it. Now just looking for a better job and a little apartment. Turns out even little apartments in a big city (Indianapolis) are still a lot of money! We (me and the son) will be fine though, we have a lot of support back home. It's just embarrassing having to tell people that the man you love and still want to be with just doesn't want to be with you anymore! Oh well... Onto the next day!

Hello ladies. Hope you all have a lovely loss this week. Weigh in for me is tomorrow. After 3 hours of going back and forth, finally went to the gym yesterday, ran a little over 2.5 miles AND did a step class. Then did yard work last night. But this morning, I woke up with unbearable lower back cramps all the way down my legs. I guess that's what happens when you stop exercising for a few weeks and get back into it. Might try out a yoga class tonight at the gym to see if I can stretch these old, tired muscles. Hoping for a loss tomorrow on my weigh-in.

yay! i'm nearly back to my "pre giving up the scales weight"..... ridiculous! so next week we're on for some actual real loss!!!
This week has been ok, had a lovely weekend and was relatively good except for Sunday. Adam (boyf) did a Triathlon on Sunday so I went to watch which meant at 7am start! ON A SUNDAY! So I skipped brekky (had a banana) and was starving by the time he finished and I hadn't done a tri! We went for pub lunch and I had a burger and chips. oooops. I needed it!
So Monday was a new day and I went for my first run in about 8 weeks. Was so slow! really hurt!! going again tonight and am starting a 5K plan next Monday ready for Race for Life in July, and then in October my friend and I are planning on doing the Northampton Run 10K! I'm scared. haha!

good morning....
yea. i might hit my goal this challenge. this is the first time i have lost this much weight too..i think...
i think it's slowing down. first couple weeks it comes right off than slow down. hope it stays at the pace it's going.
i haven't been honest with myself. so when i became honest and weighed and measured and counted everything....i will take these results....:bigsmile: . so many times it was "i just don't know why it's not coming off" when that little extra 1/2 cup or for me serving does add up. i went back to my basics of my dietitian's carb counting for me. i didn't carry any unused over, which she said i couldn't, it showed me i can't do the heavy carbs. once again...i will take the results....
i hope everyone has a great weigh in. if not try to figure out why. if you know why. maybe that be your mini this week and fix it.

Well...I'm back down to my starting weight, so that's good. Now...I want to drop 1/2 pound by Friday! I'll weigh-in then again and then I leave Saturday for my week vacation in Canada! So...I won't be weighing in next week, and I probably won't be able to check in while I'm there either. My great-aunt and uncle that we are staying with have no internet. But it's okay. I go almost every year and the goal will be to maintain.
Well...last night I got in a run, it about killed me in the heat! Need to get used to running when it's hot again! I also shredded.

where is everyone today? don't hide just jump on and read and jump off. come on here post it and own it......it's evening and tomorrow is a new day. you know people always say tomorrow is a new day. what's wrong with the rest of today to begin again. it's done it's over, move on and don't look back. we can't keep beating ourselves up over mishaps, life happens. soooo, i want to see more check in tomorrow. or you will have to do 30 mins of exercise.

Evening!!! Found a new snack, not a really good one, but I am within calories for the day. Realizing that if I want to eat, I need to move more, which I have been doing every day, even if it is walking for 30 mins a day. I have 3 more pounds till onederland:) I'm going to get it.

No weigh in for me today. I see the doc on Thursday for my 2 wk post op and I think I will just wait until then. I have been having mad chocolate cravings. I think my hormones are still so out of wack. I just need to give it time. I went from having no appetite and having to force myself to eat because of antibiotics to getting off those and getting the appetite back. Just need to be careful and not over do things. I hope to hit the treadmill or gym Thursday night after my appt.
