I'm trying 16:8 this month so I really can't have any late night snacks because then I can't have any food until late afternoon :stuck_out_tongue:

Love this idea! I'm a little late to the game, but feel I can use the late night support. As of last night I'm 0:1. With your support, I hope to get there.

Hey guys! Late night snacking is a SERIOUS problem for me. SHUCKS, let me be real, snacking period is an issue! So, I would like to join this challenge to banish my bad snacking habit. I commit (fingers crossed) to not snack (bad food) after dinner for 30 days. Hopefully this will be the start of something wonderful!
    lskclark, welcome to the challenge!

Looking forward to joining this group. I used to have control over nighttime snacking & overcoming this challenge will help me reach my goal of 40+ pounds. 7pm s/b my cut off.

Actually didn't snack last night. It amazes me how I can "drift" into the kitchen after 9pm. I ended up having a cranberry juice but at least it wasn't cereal or chips. I'll try for decaf tea tonight & an earlier bedtime.

It was only a slice of bread and butter before bed when I was hungry. Happy I chose that over the junk food at least!

So glad I just found this! I have an awful habit of waiting for everyone to fall asleep And then the snacking begins and shortly after the guilt!

Funny thing, I used to eat a lot at night. Now that I'm making an effort not to eat after 7, I'm realizing that I'm not usually even hungry.

There was no excuse for my snacking last night. Just lazy and unmotivated. Today will be better!
