    I'm in! This is my first time doing a mini challenge! How do you log squats in your exercise log? I can't seem to find it in there!

    OMG these are going to be the death of me. I've only done 60 and my legs are jello-y... I am out of shape!

    ETA: Oooohh I just noticed that if it's your first week. you can do 100... I will make 100 and maybe a little more than that then!

    I down with it! Other ideas I have are burpees, jumping jacks, squat jacks (where you do a jumping jack and touch your toes instead of letting hands hit your sides) and my all time favorite - jumping rope! You get the same benefits of jumping rope whether you have a rope or not.

    Oh yeah, thanks for the how to video. This is the perfect exercise to do while watching Biggest Loser tonight!

    Drat! I went and did my stairs before checking in:) Cool though - I love doing stairs (got 740 in, 2 at a time!).
    Happy you're mixing it up...keeps the brain happy.
    Squats will get done throughout the day.
    My legs will be buff by sundown:)

    I hate squats - so I am in ..... off to the supply closet now to do them without everyone watching me here in the front office.

    Do you think they will miss me for a few minutes?

    BTW - Thanks for posting the Youtube videos for each challenge..... It really helps me get them done correctly.
