437.5 lbs going back to 185 lbs I have total knee replacement nerve damage in right arm, three compressed discs, lymph edema in both feet and legs, high colesterol, type 2 diabetes , drepressed. I on a lifestyle change of eating healthy. Diet is a dirty four letter word calories in 1200 to 1500 swim Arobics incumbent bike and seated stair stepper and bow training I'm gonna do it
