Not sure how to add on here, started my new regime 3 weeks now. Starting to fall into place however need to stay on track. Currently going to gym 6 days a week with the 5.2 diet.

I'm also looking for some fitness buddies or someone to inspire and motivate me! I lost a total of 8 stone over a period of 3 years through watching what I ate and lots of exercise but nearly 2 stone has crept back on over the past year and I can't seem to get in the zone anymore, help! X

Dieting sucks. I haven't had any alcohol since new year & I'm really bored of working out, eating veg. HOWEVER I've lost 10lbs and it feels amazing. Come on, we can do this. Little steps is all it takes0
