Please add me. I have started, gone off, started, you all know the routine. I am 5'4 and currently weighing at 178, was 204 at my highest. Want to lose 15lbs by April 1st when i see my family and then get down to 145 after. Need to get it done. Need all the motivation and help I can get. Please add me. Oh and I'm female.

I have lost 18 pounds going from 180 to 168 and 11 more since starting up MFP again so my CW is 158.
My GW is somewhere in the 130s.

Hi, I'm 5"4 and currently 200lbs. I have around 31lbs to get back to my pre university weight and hopefully I can lose as much as 46lbs if I try hard enough .
