1800 (progressing into maintenance), weight 136-138. Goal weight is 130, if I find that I don't have the patience for the recomp I'm getting ready to try. I'm 5'4" though.0

Eat between 1100 and 1350 cals a day, depending on activity level. Losing around 1/2 lb a week. Seems like a brutally slow pace, but I'm close to goal, in my healthy BMI range now, and I'm still going to hit my goal weight by summer (bikini, bikini, bikini!!!). Slow and steady wins the race.0 -
5 3 here.
I'm currently 154, goal 130.
I aim for 1500 but I usually go over by a lot, so I eat honestly about 1800 on average. I keep losing steadily though, but I exercise and am breastfeeding still.0 -
Net 1240. On long run days that can approach 2400 gross! But typically, gross is 1500-1600, netting around 12500

I'm 5'3.75" (lost some bone density over the last couple years, used to be 5'4.75")...current weight is 174, goal weight at the moment is 150 (but i think I'm going to push that down to 140 later). My goal is set to 1450 a day, i don't always eat back exercise calories. It depends on how i feel at the end of the day. I'm losing pretty steadily at about 1 lb per week or more.
ETA I'm almost 35. If that matters, lol0 -
I read that as "how many cats?"0

5'3, present weight 163 lb, goal weight 139 lb, cals = 1400, but work is mostly sedentary and I eat ~ half my exercise calories back. (It's also reasonably close to my TDEE, I think).0

Lowest weight while on MFP-112
Hoping to get back under 125. 112 was too difficult to maintain. I want to maintain between 120-125, but mostly I want to lower bodyfat, so if the weight doesn't go down I am ok if the fat comes off and is replaced by muscle.
Calorie goals--I seem to maintain at around 1550. At least as I report it. Could be a little higher, since we all tend to under report a bit.
To lose I need to stay under 1400 which is very difficult for me. Basically I am hungry all the time. Which is why I am experimenting a bit with maintaining/body recomp while eating around maintenance and lifting.
We will see.0 -
136 cw- don't care much on goal weight, as I'm in a recomp. Calories 1350-1550.0
