friends today i take 1337 calories
    but no exercise
    trying to overcome hunger
Um, ya...I would say you won't succeed with your "formula" because you did not succeed day #1...I would follow the advice of the other posters.

    OK,
all of you my friends are just looking at its dark side
just take a look of bright side too
if this formula will be worked and i will lost 20 kg before 1st may
however if i feel that i am falling sick, i can discontinue it,
but whats the problem in trying once
there are always pros and cons of each work,
we have to work after looking both faces of work
    do you agree or not???

    Have you looked at
    Pros and cons
    Of sawing off an arm
    To lose 20 lbs
    Try once
    Both faces of work
    Profit.

As I said in the other thread, no. It is not healthy and not sustainable. 1300 is lower than the recommended minimum intake for a man. You would deprive your body of key nutrients and lost muscle mass as well as fat, possibly affecting your organs. Why put yourself through all of that because you made a promise? I'm sure your friend would rather you be healthy than starve yourself to make them laugh.

    Dear friends,
In India there is a very famous quote for the life,
that whatever happen, don't break your promise, at any cost
for the same quote many Indian rulers sacrificed there life happily, just to complete there promises.
we Indians can live or die for our promises, and for this I am very proud to be an Indian,
I request you all that weather once in your life please visit India, try to understand the Indian culture, and I am sure you all my dear friends will surly learn a lesson for your life

You should have started this weight loss journey earlier and you wouldn't be putting your life at risk. The importance of your life outweighs a promise. Your family member that gave you that shirt probably wanted you to get HEALTHY and buying you are shirt was a way for you to measure your loss/progress. Is that why you must wear this shirt buy this certain date? I can see that a promise is very important to "Indians" but do not think for a second that a promise isn't important to other cultures because it is. We understand your promise but you should have done this a while ago if your promise was so important to you.

Dear friends you all are i think against my thoughts.
I agree to you all that its not safe, i will surly face weakness, but friends I am also happy for knowing that in the present time of inhumanity there are very much peoples like you in world who care & love each other without knowing each other, FRIENDS I AM REALLY PROUD OF YOU
however as I told earlier that whenever I face little bit weakness i will surly increase my calories and decrease exercise, but please permit me to start, I promise you all that i will surly stop so much hard work whenever I feel weak.

I understand you don't want break the promise you made to your friend, but the truth is: your goal is impossible to reach. I'm not being negative, I'm being realistic. You are eating well below your recommended minimum calorie intake. That means that your body is going on starvation mode and, instead of you losing weight, you are probably losing nothing, or if you are, you may be losing muscle. As much as you want to lose 20kg by May 1st, you cannot change nature and the way your body works. If I were you, I would accept the fact that it is impossible to lose so much wait in such a short time, and would stick to the advice's people gave to you in earlier posts. Its better to lose 5-10kg by May 1st, than losing nothing at all. I'm sure your friend will appreciate that. Good luck! :)

I honestly thought of suggesting the same thing at the beginning lol
But unfortunately, for him it's not about the shirt, but about the promise.

    1) there was no support for your terrible plan

    2) probably a lot of muscle

    3) but I'm sure you're happy as you ignored everyone here. So ok then. Congrats
