    I'm so glad to find other fans on here! My best friend and boyfriend both are fans of the Zombies Run, and after all their enthusiasm, i bought the 5K trainer for myself. I am not a fan of running, and generally have had a very poor time learning to pace and train myself, but this has been fantastic fun so far. The 5K trainer is a perfect start for a non-runner like myself.

    For the first time, i'm actually looking forward to my runs! I can't wait to graduate through the 5K trainer and move onto the regular missions.
