bahahahaha!!!! supplements will not increase your bust size no matter how much the pill bottle swears they will....

Get yourself to a boutique that measures busts correctly, buy yourself an beautiful bra to go with your gown and if you want more fullness in the upper frontal region, invest in a good set of cutlets.

Embrace the new you. Have a wonderful wedding and remember your fiancé isn't marrying just your tatas.

I tried loads in complete desperation... it's a waste of money! Then I paid to get a boob job, however mine are going to need replacing soon (they only last approx 10 yrs). Not worth it, just embrace your smaller bust size! :p

This thread needs recommendations for good push-up bras! (Or, I guess, plastic surgeons. o:) )

ETA: Especially for people with nothing to push up, as it were.

Dude. Crying over a 32B? I'm like a 32AA or something. I'm not sure. I don't think they make bras in my size. I can literally wear no bra. Actually, so could you. Bras are silly and unnecessary when you think about it, other than maybe for sports. Although, I'm not convinced they are even necessary there. There are men with bigger boobs than me and they don't wear bras.

    1. Learn to love 'em.
    2. Pad up. There are really good push ups out there, including those for women who have had mastectomies for cancer.
    3. Find a decent surgeon. (Seriously. It's your body, this is not a place to cut corners!)

I had 34H's until I started dropping loads of body fat. It happens. You may feel that a C cup is impending doom for your ta-tas, but if you lift strategically you can make those bad lads look fuller and way healthier than their DDD predecessors! I like these particular boobie-bouncing exercises... http://www.igetitfrommymammablog.com/2013/01/need-lift.html?m=1

#3 is extreme. better to learn to love what you have than to put a foreign object in it. there is nothing wrong with small boobs!

I echo cutlets! I too am small-or will be again when my weight leave. They used to make "almost" bras- for when you are almost an A or an AA. My mother and sisters are the same.

OP, you can get preggers, stay preggers, and they'll stay bigger.

    You could also get surgery.

Or the smartest thing is to realize that too much of a good thing is not always a good thing. They serve no performance function, if you aren't feeding a fatted calf, then they're just sexual organs. Even then, big =/= awesome.

One gal I was with, tiny gal, huge breasts, double d. They were like bags of marshmallow fluff. No real substance to them, it was not cute. We didn't stay together long after the formal introduction to them.

To be honest ... I had mixed feelings about my breasts getting smaller when I lost weight. On the one hand I'd always found them cumbersome and thought they made me look bigger than I was (I had to buy tops to accommodate my breasts which hung very loose over my waist), but on the other hand they were one unequivocally positive and sexual feature on my body. The thing is, it's a matter of perception. My breasts aren't actually small now; they're just smaller than they were — which to me seems small but isn't, and if they were any bigger they'd be well out of proportion with the size of my body. Probably the same thing is going on with you.

I think you also said you'd like to lose weight from your hips and thighs? You're probably a pear, which means your body prefers to store fat in your lower body. Fat loss isn't uniform; it'll come off the places your body prefers to lose it (the breasts for most women) first and then it'll start to come off other places like the midsection and thighs which a lot of women have trouble with. Also bra measurements can be deceptive like all clothes measurements! You may not be measuring your band size correctly, which can make you think you need a smaller cup size than you really do. I lost a few inches from my bust but I lost the same amount from my under-bust so I'm actually in the same cup, just a smaller band. Yes, my breasts are objectively smaller but they're in the same proportion with my now-smaller frame. Meanwhile I now have a flat stomach, rock-hard thighs, and can do a handstand! It's all good.

You didn't lose your breasts, they got smaller. I do recommend that you get a proper bra fitting. So many recommend cups that are way to small and band sizes that are way to large, which leaves you with not enough support, and just not a nice look. Exercise to develop the underlying muscles will do a world of good as well. Embrace yourself, you lost weight, you are fit, congratulations! You are more than the sum of you bra size.

The book Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret by Judy Bloom has some breast enhancement exercise ideas. I must, I must, I must increase my bust.

    ;) That's all I got.

I'm a DDD now and kind of look forward to getting smaller. I just hope I'm at the same proportions. Are you?

For the most part I am ... Just a little difficult getting rid of my hips and thighs but I will get there!

That's good though. At least you have the same overall shape, not just some deflation going on. Overall shape is better than just sheer size, IMHO.

Definitely agree with the gal who suggested weights. I have been doing more bench pressing, pushups etc. and have also noticed that other women that do a lot of chest work, whether big, small or medium, work, look fab. Small women look fuller and larger women look perkier (at least this is what I have noticed for me, I'm not a locker peeker ;) ) so a good strategy for all.

I more meant that they are unnecessary for women with smallish boobs. I really can't speak for women in your category.

    I also didn't realize 28FF's exist. wow.

It's probably equivalent to a 32D in US sizes.

Happens to a lot of us. Go someplace other than victoria's secret for bras and get a proper fitting. With the right bra, you will look awesome!

LOL!!!! I wear a B cup, and if anything I got smaller after having my son, nearly 20 yrs ago. Now that I have lost a bit of weight, I also see that my cups are less full.

Back to you and your wedding gown. My tip is to do like I did and have a seamstress sew in D-cups. My dress was just fine, albeit hollow!!!

Do NOT worry!!!! You will be lovely. The important thing is to have a happy marriage and DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SUCKED UP INTO THIS SILLY WEDDING HYPE. Have a nice party and be certain that the one day is not your whole marriage. :)

Hmmmmmm...WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TO THIS:

"I am now living by "Embrace your beauty and the real you". I am embracing the real me but would like it to be a fit me :)"

Or did that just get thrown by the wayside? Might be time to dust it off and try it back on for size

Don't waste your time, energy, or health on these types of supplements. Ever seen anybody with liver failure on a transplant list because of a supplement such as this? NOT a good look on anybody. Trust me, when you are yellow nobody really cares how big your breasts are. The persistent nausea and vomiting is really not a good look either, even on those with large breasts. Then again, your major priority would be staying alive so that kind of takes care of the breast issue in and of itself, but I digress.

Don't be that girl. Don't risk your well being over something so trivial. Wear a bra insert, get a push up bustier, heck....maybe consider implants if you like risks.....but at least pick something with a proven desired outcome.

Wait...did I accidentally stumble onto Yahoo Answers by mistake?

As Clair Huxtable once said, you would get the same results from rubbing mayonnaise on your chest as you would taking breast enhancement supplements.

Small boobs on a fit body are way better than big boobs on an overweight body, anyway. And Cs are hardly small. It's not the end of the world.

TBH I think most men would just think ...YAY, BOOBS!!

Who said anything about men? Either way, no. Some men might, but I think more would rather their girlfriends/wives be fit and healthy than fat with big knockers. If he's more concerned with your breasts than your health, it's time to find a new man.

When I was thinner (never thin thin, but thinner) my boobs were still pretty big. However, after literally 4 years and 11 months SOLID with absolutely zero break where I was either pregnant, breastfeeding, or both, I truly fear what they'll look like when I get back down to the weight I want to be. Currently, I wear a 36H. Unfortunately, bra-less, they look like tube socks with oranges in them. My nipples are far better acquainted with my belly button than they should be.

Anyway, enough about me. OP, I agree with those who have said that a good bra is worth its weight in gold. Go to a proper boutique or at least Nordstrom's (I actually got fitted there once by one of the women who was on Oprah's epic bra fitting episode!). Get measured and let the nice little old lady (why are the people who work in lingerie departments always little old ladies?) bring you a hundred bras to try on, and buy one or two that fit you perfectly. You'll look 5-10 pounds lighter and a cup size bigger just by wearing a well-fitting bra. Try to stop worrying about the number on the label and make the most of what you've got.
