I guess if you want to focus on protein instead of (healthy) fats? But both are good choices.0

The biggest issue i have with this is that the name implies that it is infact guacamole but "healthier" or something.
Not knocking the recipe itself... perhaps "Tangy Broccoli Dip" or "Mexican Brocolli Dip" or something would suit it better.

Maybe the creator thought it looked like quac so that's why they called it that...not sure...but I just thought it looked great and sounded like a nice alternative...that's all...0 -
I saw that recipe and wanted to try it too. I love both broccoli and avocados and eat a lot of each.0
-
But what if......I don't like either? I has da sads...0

I will try this recipe soon. Love broccoli. Thanks for posting ;-)0

I'm allergic to avocados, so THIS has made me VERY happy!! Thank you!0

Interesting.. I think I will stick with guacamole. lol. I live avocados0

While I am a huge guacamole fan, I am strangely intrigued by this....
I almost want to try this as a paste to stuff chicken breasts with.0 -
i'm going to give this a go, I'm trying to learn to like Avocado but it is a slow process, however I love broccoli! And agree that it would be yum as a chicken breast stuffing.0

I'm trying to think of how I could make it work. Probably pulse it until it is still chunky, mix it with some mozzarella, and then cut a pouch into the breast and fill it with it. Ahhh, I want to try this now.0 -

If you do, report back! That sounds great. I wonder if I could trick the hubster into eating broccoli like that...

I'm also a huge guacamole fan and while I would never use this as a substitute, I'm a little interested. Mostly because I hate chewing broccoli.0

I love, love, love broccoli and appreciate any opportunity to get more of it into my face!0

Oh no. Guacamole is not something that should be tampered with - it is perfect in its intended form!0
-
Might replace the cream cheese with avocado0

Thanks!
I will definitely give this a go. I mean I like guacamole but this sounds like it could be interesting.0 -
So if any of you actually try this and by some miracle, it tastes good, could you please report back? I'm actually allergic to avocado and I desperately miss guacamole but it's not worth dying for. I know it won't be the same but if it tastes good I'd love to know!
I just don't want to go to all the trouble of making it if it's just going to taste like disappointment.0 -
Don't mess with the guac!0
