    @verocuco, when I started this journey, I had a BMI of 40 (morbidly obese). Right now, I am at 26 (1 point away from "healthy" weight), but you know, BMI is not the only thing that matters. Losing weight is just a side effect of a healthy living.

    So, keep up working on yourself! MFP will help a lot, but it's just part of the journey.

    You know? someone even asked my wife if she had re-married! :O come on! that was in front of me! but in a sense, I feel like a different person. A lot of things got rewired in my brain and in my heart :)

    Hehehe, as matter of fact, I look a lot younger without the beard, but to be honest, if you see my profile pictures, I almost always wear a beard, so, that's part of me I guess...
