Hard candy normally doesn't contain any fat so it has a fraction of the calories of chocolate or cake. It's high in sugar obviously but a better calorie option than lots of treat food. Some people are satisfied with fruit too when they want a sweet fix, berries and bananas are a good choice.0

I typically crave sweets in the afternoon at work so I keepsome fancier hard candies around and allow myself 1 or 2. I haven't quite figured out what to do in the evenings yet.0

Chocolate covered strawberries, dipped in dark chocolate.
Homemade banana or apple pie bread.
Banana "nice" cream, made with vanilla and with some chocolate chips thrown in.
A banana covered in melted peanut butter/dark chocolate, and then frozen.
French toast.
Just a few things off the top of my head.0 -

I make my own Jellys, two sachets of sugar free jelly crystals with one sachet of gelatin with 500ml of boiling water once melted poor into a shallow dish, cut into small pieces and tip out not as nice as haribos but its still satisfying disposable take away dishes work well or line a roasting tray with clingfilm x

I like making calorie free/chemical free sodas. Use club soda and add some flavored stevia drops. They make flavors like cola, grape and vanilla cream so its like drinking a sweet soda without the junk. http://bit.ly/flavored-stevia0

Alpro soya chocolate and caramel desserts! These are dairy free low fat and around 100/110 calories a pot!
I have a sweet tooth and these are great for my lunch box as are sooo creamy!0 -
Take graham crackers (chocolate are my favorite), break one piece in half. Fill it with light cool whip and then top it like an ice cream sandwich. Freeze for one hour and you have a delicious treat. For extra protein and antioxidants, mix in some banana and peanut butter, or strawberries.0
