these are easy to make and really good as well. Surprisingly they are filling too. And, I am passing this on to my sons girlfriend as she has to eat gluten free. This recipe is a must keep for me.0

put a little cinnamon and vanilla extract I didnt have cottage cheese the other day and I made it with fat free cream cheese and 4 strawberries blended into it! It was sooo yummy!0

I made them this morning and they were DELICIOUS! I didnt have any cottage cheese so I substituted greek yogurt, and I added some vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. They came out awesome!0

These are yummy too!! Just kind of takes that basic recipe to another level.
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
1 c. Oats
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 banana (optional)
Throw in a food processor, blend and cook on a griddle.
Gives you 5 small pancakes, 130 cals each.0 -
