    Make sure you log your food everyday- and your workouts...stay active, some phones you can set a reminder somehow to remind you to log everything. I'm not sure how that works. I find having a lot of active supporting mfp friends really helps. That's all I got. I recently fell of the Mfp wagon due to a phone situation. I'm back now and already have lost quite a bit quicker compared to without mfp.
