I have to keep my salt intake to 1500mg daily . Does anyone know what measurements the sodium is calculated in?

    milligrammes , mg, 1000 in a gramme

    Do not confuse salt with sodium as some do, the salt shown in grammes on package labels is not same as sodium, there is a formula to convert, use a search engine to find it should you need it
