    WHAAAAA!!! you know I have a hate/love relationship with weekends, I reallly didn't think I did that bad this weekend, but gained more than a lb...BLAH!!! i'm running a lot tonight!!
    My food during the week is awesome!

    any of you have any ideas/thoughts/etc on what you do on weekends?

    lorena...weekends to me have just become any other day. it has to become habit to make the right choices.

    i feel myself slipping some. i feel like i need something. i don't need anything. i am bored that could be why. i won't fall, cause i know if i do i am in trouble.

    where is everyone today? don't hide just jump on and read and jump off. come on here post it and own it......it's evening and tomorrow is a new day. you know people always say tomorrow is a new day. what's wrong with the rest of today to begin again. it's done it's over, move on and don't look back. we can't keep beating ourselves up over mishaps, life happens. soooo, i want to see more check in tomorrow. or you will have to do 30 mins of exercise.

    i did my walk today. that was all i had done. i did do something. i move on.

    4 pounds, not bad, but I also didn't weight in the first week, so this isn't all from this week. Everyone is doing so well!

    ok... so I JUST realized it was Tuesday... at 8 pm. LOL. Whoa. OK, will weigh and check in tomorrow am. Also, cleaning closet out. Got a new computer. Ridding life and surroundings of clutter. Bout time.

    Evening!!! Found a new snack, not a really good one, but I am within calories for the day. Realizing that if I want to eat, I need to move more, which I have been doing every day, even if it is walking for 30 mins a day. I have 3 more pounds till onederland:) I'm going to get it.

    No weigh in for me today. I see the doc on Thursday for my 2 wk post op and I think I will just wait until then. I have been having mad chocolate cravings. I think my hormones are still so out of wack. I just need to give it time. I went from having no appetite and having to force myself to eat because of antibiotics to getting off those and getting the appetite back. Just need to be careful and not over do things. I hope to hit the treadmill or gym Thursday night after my appt.

    Time to go watch biggest loser. Good night!

    I'm here. Woke up late, ran downstairs to start work, only to realize I was actually 30 minutes EARLY. My brain just isn't working. Didn't weigh in tomorrow. Will do it tomorrow.

    Going to gym, running and Body Attack class. Hubby and son are going camping for the weekend, so just me and my girl. Woohoo.

    Had a good night last night. Played in the little pool with Kadence, grilled some pork chops, went on a quick run (in the extreme heat), did my shred, and enjoyed some frozen yogurt! GREAT night!!

    Plan today:
    Food--
    B-Honey Kix, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
    S-Banana, cereal bar
    L-Mixed green salad, spritzer dressing, some sliced carrots, light yogurt, popcorn
    S- Apple
    D-I think we're going out for some Mongolian for dinner tonight...not too low in calories, but very yummy!!
    S-?? Depends...

    went to store, stooped at gym on way home, now for a shower and back to the stores again before these mad extreme couponers get all the stuff. i dislike those people. they weren't taught to share at all.

    struggled at the gym. just didn't have any energy. hope for a clear night for my walk. bad storm came through last night. george (the dog) was under the covers and at my feet. boomer(the blind dog) was up and under covers at DHs stomach. we laid there and laughed.

    well off to find my deals

    Hey ladies! Good morning!

    Today is my 9th wedding anniversary so not sure what is in store food wise. I do know that my hubby is going to go get me my favorite caffeinated beverage at Starbucks. Its gonna be a good day!

    only 2 more days of no exercise and then I should be released to get back at it!!!!

    Amy-praying for your continue healing! Happy Anniversary, maybe the cardio this evening with the hubs will balance out the calories...hehe ;)

    AFM-I got in a nice 2.5 mile wog last night, finally a day that I got to Rip in the morning and the some cardio in the evening! but i do feel tired this morning, don't think I got enough calories yesterday.

    Yuck, yuck, yuck…I gained 2 lbs. I have 1 ½ wks until I go to the beach for some friend’s wedding. I reminded myself that on Monday, so I got up and did JM Banish Body Fat, I think, or it might have been No More Trouble Zones. Tuesday I didn’t get up in time to do a workout video, so I did other exercises. And today I got up with JM again….boy am I hurting!! I had been really slack on logging my food the past couple of weeks, I logged in today, and I WILL NOT put anything else in my mouth!! I am ready for onederland, it has been calling my names for so long!!
