There are three of use that ride every Saturday. We are looking for more to come out and join in the fun. Our rides are 20 miles on marked bike baths in the So Cal are South Bay, Long Beach, Cerritos etc... Resting my knee from both biking and running as it has been acting up and I'm racing a half marathon Sunday.
Finally got in a longer ride today, keeping up a decent pace in the wind (17mph), with no lingering soreness. Still, I'm not sure I'll want to put in another 228 miles during the next 8 days to get to my goal depending on how my knee feels after Sunday. At the same time, it would be a good excuse to head south and ride 2 days back and forth across the keys late next week.

I've been having some cardiac issues for the past couple of months but I got the all clear on Wednesday this past week. We'll see if that and some improving weather (one can hope) will get me back out there.
