    I pretty much think about it all day every day lol I guess working out makes it a little more. Sometimes I wish I could slow these hormones down it would make life easier!

    It can. Exercise will usually increase testosterone output if one hasn't done it for awhile and restarts.

    My sex drive has always been extremely high. However, losing weight and exercise makes me more confident to wearing lingerie and being able to try more things (positions) and such in the bedroom... bringing new excitement, therefore making me want it even more. TMI???
