Honestly I like mixing Dijon mustard with oil and vinegar anyway, and realized that I didn't miss the oil at all when I started skipping it when I had less calories... Works for me.0

Check out Walden Farms. They make calorie free salad dressing. All types.0

I like using flax oil, apple cider vinegar, and some Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning and add about a tablespoon of this dressing to my salad.
Some days, I have tuna and boiled egg with salt and pepper in my salad and I don't bother with dressing on those days.0 -
I'm obsessed with Trader Joe's Champagne Pear Vinaigrette dressing. I think it's only 45 cals per serving, and it's delicious with spinach, cucumbers and feta cheese. There is a lot of sodium in it though, so if that's something you're watching, I would just stick to a controlled quantity of olive oil.0

Olive oil is great! Healthy fat! Plus it has calories but it's way lower than normal dressing. I use olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon and pepper. So good!!0

Less olive oil. I make my own vinaigrette with 1 Tbsp (15ml) balsamic vinegar, 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) olive oil, and a smidge of dijon mustard or lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Or, if I'm wanting a creamy dressing, smash a little avocado with some salsa, Greek yogurt, and lime juice. I always like to include some fats with my salads--makes it tasty and well-balanced nutritionally.0 -
i use balsamic glaze. not alot, just a little drizzled over a side salad.0

This. I usually use a little olive oil since I think it's good for you anyway, but when I was more limited in calories mustard plus vinegar was tasty enough.0
