I started a week ago, although yesterday was a non-tracking, non-accountable day as I just didn't have it in me to stay on track. So today is kind of like a fresh start. I'd like to lose about 4 sizes of clothing at least. I don't do scales; they make me crazy.0

Im in! I lost 30 pounds 3 years ago and got down to 127, was soo sooo happy and since I quit working and am home all day....I have baked my way back up 18 pounds. Oh the shame! But today. Today is a new day. Today I take control back, leave the oven off, the cookbook closed and the apron in the drawer!0

I'll join you all as well. I'd like to lose 30-40 pounds and be healthier. I have reduced my added sugars 3 weeks ago and have lost several inches off my breast, waist, hips and thighs. This week I'd like to lower my carbs to a reasonable level. I'll also get back to some daily exercise. I hate this cold weather, makes me lazy.0

I'm in! I have around 28lbs/13kg to lose, hopefully by August, from 65.8kg three days ago I'm a vegetarian that's recently discovered I have wheat intolerance/potential IBS and I'm starting long distance running next week so it's definitely time to make a change!0
